Empowering future clinicians,
enriching our community
At Flourish Collective, we are proud to offer a strong and vibrant Allied Health Student Placement Program that welcomes students from a wide range of professional backgrounds, including dietetics, occupational therapy, psychology, social work, counselling, speech pathology and more.
We view student placements not only as a vital part of workforce development, but as a deeply meaningful way to build community capacity, enhance our services, and foster creative, contemporary approaches to care.
A Collaborative Model of Care
Our students are embedded within the Flourish Collective in ways that are respectful, supportive and deeply collaborative. Students bring energy, curiosity and fresh insights - contributing to both the evolution of our practice and the depth of care we provide.
Students are carefully supervised by senior clinicians, ensuring that their work is guided, ethical, and grounded in best practice. They also benefit from regular reflective practice, professional development, and close mentorship.
