School Holiday Intensives

During the school holidays, we adjust our regular services to create flexible, creative supports for children, young people and families who may be waiting for ongoing care. These programs are designed to provide timely help, build skills and create connection during this time.

We offer a range of tailored options to meet different needs, including a Brief Program of Supports with assessment, psychoeducation, and skills-building personalised for your child and family; Single Session Consultations that provide clarity, reassurance, and practical strategies; Parent-Based Sessions focused on guidance, strategies, and understanding your child’s needs; and Comprehensive Child-Focused Family Assessments, a structured four-session process that explores the perspectives of both the young person and their family.

Our Therapeutic Assessment Approach

Our therapeutic assessment approach recognises the importance of developmental stage, individual differences, and family context, creating a compassionate understanding of each person’s story and how their challenges and strengths emerge, persist, and evolve over time. This process provides the foundation for a shared pathway forward for the young person and their family.

The Four-Session Process

Our four-session approach highlights both the voice of the young person and the wisdom of the family, ensuring the assessment becomes a collaborative foundation for growth and support.
